Common ecoFIT Pure Faults and Repairs

F22 and Pressure Loss

The same low pressure lockout seen across all Vaillant boilers. The ecoFIT Pure uses the same pressure management system. Repressurise via the filling loop and reset. If the pressure keeps dropping, there is a system leak to find.

Heat Exchanger Scaling in London Hard Water Areas

The ecoFIT Pure’s compact heat exchanger is particularly susceptible to limescale accumulation in London’s hard water areas. A boiler that starts producing lukewarm hot water or takes longer to reach temperature is almost certainly scaling up.
