ecoTEC Pro Models and Outputs

The ecoTEC Pro range comes in three main outputs for the residential combi market. The ecoTEC Pro 824 at 24kW is the smallest output, suited to studio flats and small one bedroom properties with a single shower or bath. The ecoTEC Pro 828 at 28kW is the most popular size and suits most one to two bedroom London flats comfortably. Most Common ecoTEC Pro Faults

F22 — Low Pressure

The same F22 low pressure lockout seen across the Vaillant range. The ecoTEC Pro shares the pressure management system with the Plus. If your Pro is repeatedly losing pressure, there is a leak in the system. We locate and repair system leaks as part of our standard service.

F28 and F29 — Ignition and Flame Faults

Ignition failures are common on ecoTEC Pro boilers that have not been serviced annually. The ignition electrode picks up deposits over time and the spark quality degrades. F75 — Pump or Pressure Sensor
